1.Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Interview recordings, transcripts, and scores are stored in encrypted form.
2.Access Control
Access to personal and interview data is restricted to authorised personnel and systems on a need-to-know basis, protected by authentication controls. Customers control which of their authorised users (seats) can access their interview data.
3.Infrastructure
The Service runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security controls. We apply security updates and monitor for threats.
4.Voice and Interview Data
Candidate voice recordings and transcripts are treated as sensitive and are stored, accessed, and transmitted under the protections described here. This data is made available only to the Customer who invited the candidate and to authorised Reney systems and personnel for providing and supporting the Service.
5.Data Handling by Our Team
Our team is bound by confidentiality obligations. Personal and interview data is handled only through approved systems and only for providing the Service.
6.Breach Response
We maintain procedures to detect, respond to, and where required by law notify affected parties and authorities of, data breaches.
7.Your Role
Security is shared. Keep your credentials confidential, limit seat access to those who need it, and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at hi@reney.ai.
8.Compliance
We align our practices with the DPDP Act, 2023 and applicable data-protection requirements in the regions we serve.
