Reney Platform Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reney platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Renate Global Private Limited ("Reney", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Reney provides AI-conducted voice interviews. You configure an interview for a role, share an interview link with candidates you bring to the platform, and receive scored, ranked results including transcripts and recordings. Reney does not source candidates, screen resumes, or guarantee any hiring outcome. You are solely responsible for the candidates you invite, your hiring decisions, and your compliance with applicable employment and equal-opportunity laws.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the conduct of all users (seats) you authorise. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

• The Service is offered on subscription plans (currently Lite, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise), each with a defined number of included interviews, seats, and overage rates, as described at the point of purchase.
• A free trial of a limited number of interviews may be offered. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue. Trial features and limits are as stated at sign-up and may change.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Interviews used beyond your plan's included amount are billed at the applicable overage rate.

You agree to pay all fees for your selected plan and any overage. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Late or failed payment may result in suspension of the Service.

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or for any discriminatory hiring practice prohibited by law; interview any individual without the disclosures and consents required by law (see the AI Disclosure & Consent document); misuse, resell, or white-label the Service except under a written agreement permitting it; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to invite each candidate and to have them interviewed and recorded by an AI. You must obtain any consents required from candidates and must not use the Service to collect data you are not entitled to collect. Reney processes candidate data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including all software, models, and content, is owned by Reney. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Interview results generated for you (transcripts, scores, recordings of your candidates) are made available to you for your hiring use.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Service is provided "as is". Reney does not warrant that AI interview scores or rankings are error-free or that they guarantee the suitability of any candidate. Hiring decisions remain entirely yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reney's total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Reney in the three months preceding the claim. Reney is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including hiring outcomes, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

You agree to indemnify Reney against claims arising from your use of the Service, your hiring decisions, your candidates, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

You may cancel as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. For customers outside India, additional local terms may apply.
